The institution's stated Vision and Mission serve as the exclusive foundation for its governance. The institute's student-centric design is facilitated by its eco-friendly infrastructure, learning environment, highly skilled faculty, and helpful staff. This gives the pupils the fortitude to endure a variety of challenging circumstances and extreme situations, as well as the confidence to face ever-changing and increasingly complex problems. The institute has established the college development committee (CDC) and governing body (GB) in accordance with AICTE guidelines and Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) regulations. The President of Society / Institute is in charge of the CDC and the Governing Board. The IQAC committee and the institute's governing body make decisions about the development of the institution and its academic standards in the long run. The guidelines established by regulatory agencies like the Sanstha and college, as well as AICTE, DTE, PCI, and SPPU, are periodically followed. The principal executes the policies determined in GB and CDC by assigning deliberative responsibility to different institutional committees/in-charges. When e-governance is implemented in all administrative and academic processes, the institution operates smoothly and offers a more effective and straightforward form of governance. The use of e-governance significantly maintains accountability and transparency across the board for the institute. The usage of e-governance in the college helps to maintain an environmentally friendly atmosphere since it makes creating a paperless workplace easier. The Institution makes the best use of the funds thanks to a well-thought-out and open financial management system.
